Complains, its solution
If You believe that in anyway there was done any injustice from KEKj.s.c with your energy bill (or in your account) therefore you can submit your complain in Customers’ Care office specifying your complain as follow.
How to make complain?
Step 1. You must go in the Customer Care office or from website you can download complain form for Customer
Step 2. Fill data about customer
Step 3. Put the sign (click in square with tick in) to specify the type of complain
Step 4. Write any important data that could help You in right processing of your complain
Step 5. Sign the form and put the data in complain form
Step 6. Attaching other additional document that You believe that are worth on processing your complain submit form in nearest Customer Care office of KEK. Delivering your complain ask from officer to give you green card, card that serves to testify that you have delivered complain. Other way to submit Your complain is via email contactcenter@kek-energy.com.
In seven KEK’s Districts are fixed complain boxes where You – customers can make complains related with KEK’s employees behaviour and to submit possible communications for our employees. This complains and communications will be analysed from KEK’s Management and there will be undertaken disciplinary measures within Ethics Code.
