Payment Method for Customers
1. KEK offices
2. Through the Kos-Giro system
3. Through direct debiting
4. Western Union-Union Net offices
1. You can issue the payment in the cash offices of KEK by presenting a bill of KEK in the relevant office of KEK.
2. Through the Kos-Giro system in the offices of all Banks of Kosovo, only by presenting a bill of KEK. On every bill of KEK there is a part for Kos-Giro payment, which can be easily detached from the bill, as the separation part has been foreseen. http://www.bqk-kos.org/?cid=1,59
3. Through bank transfer (Direct Debit) - If you do not want to pay in cash (money in hand), you can make payment through bank transfer with a transfer from your bank account to the bank account of KEK, which is listed on your bill for each bank.
By signing the Direct Debit - through personal bank account you will be notified for bills and payments and on certain date your account will be debited without having to visit the cash office of KEK. It’s enough to fill an application in any bank and the automatic payment will proceed continuously. You will not lose time to deal with payment of electricity bills. So you will save time because the payment procedure will be performed between bank and KEK, and you will not deal with the payment process at all and will be notified for every payment you make for spent electricity. http://www.bqk-kos.org/?cid=1,59
4. In Western Union offices across Kosovo with the “payment for KEK” sign. You only have to have the bill of KEK, in offices with naming Union Net. You can not do the payment without introducing the electricity bill.
Never pay at home to any person who may come with a request for payment with payment coupons. This form of payment is not applied by KEK.
With the above mentioned payment types you do not have to pay any additional service, the banks do not charge you for additional services, because KEK is paying for all banking services.
