All You who are customers of KEK j.s.c can make request for different services depending from your request. KEK j.s.c staff is obligated to find way to realise such requests as soon as possible by respecting valid legislation based on what is functioning Kosovo Energy Corporation.

Registration of new customer in KEK j.s.c
Owner change respectively name change in customers card
Change of metering point
Close of account/ making active closed account
Change of tariff group from domestic customer in commercial and vice versa
